Tartaris Stargazer was an exceptional sailor that lead the expedition which found Berghen. Tartaris was one of the founders of Tartaran where he lived in his home now known as the Mayor's Mansion. Tartaris is buried in the personal graveyard located near Mayors Mansion.

Personal history

Tartaris grew up in the western region of Regalia just before the war had begun. Growing up he learned the art of sailing and became an expert sailor by 20 years old. Once the war had begun Tartaris left Regalia to live in the Eshax region, a much calmer and safer nation. Several years of war caused hostility within all of Katatan's settlements ally and enemy alike. Tartaris formed a fleet of sailors to transport those that wanted to escape the war and start fresh, to find new lands for a new beginning. Berghen was discovered after which Tartaris and his party went seperate ways to begin construction of new settlements. Tartaris founded Tartaran and resided there until his death in 5054.

Guided a discovery fleet through the treacherous oceans of Abadan and found Berghen.
