Tartaris Statue

Tartaris Statue is a 150 foot tall depiction of the sailor, Tartaris Stargazer who lead the discovery expidition to Berghen. The statue is looking through a telescope pointed out towards the sea. It has developed a mint green patina due to the nearby ocean oxidizing the copper plates it is made of.

Purpose / Function

This statue was built as a monument to the man who lead the sailing expedition that was fleeing the war in Katatan. Although built as a monument many people from the city claim it to be ominous, as if Tartaris is waiting for something to come from the horizon.
