Thalmara Vanthampur
Duke Thalmara Vanthampur (a.k.a. the Gutter Princess)
Just as is expected of Baldur's Gate politicans, the party has come to learn that Thalmara not only corresponded with the Cult of the Dead Three to cause disorder in the city, but orchestrated Ulder Ravengards diplomatic mission to Elturel just before its disappearance. All of this was done to help secure her eventual rise to Grand Duke of the city. Her passions are strong and her means even stronger. One would do well to fear the political, and physical reach of the gutter princess. Lest they, as a certain tavern owner would say: "End up fish food at the bottom of Gray Harbor.
After her involvement with the Cult of the Dead Three was discovered and her villa was raided revealing her devil worship and plans to take over Baldur's Gate in the name of Zariel; Thalmara was killed in a fight in the sewers beneath her villa by a group of adventurers.
