Unbeknownst to the city, in the bowels of the Nymphs Rest bathhouse there lies a secret dungeon home to the Cult of the Dead Three of Baldur's Gate.

Architecture
Sewer style catacombs with 8 ft. high cielings, stone walls, and flooded chambers. Many rooms are partially collapsed and the ones that aren't are held up by rotting wooden beams.
History
Originally built as a sewer system as part of the cities fantastic plumbing architecture, at some point it became home to cultists.

Was fully explored and cleared out by the party. It was discovered that the dungeon had a secret door, a mass of cultists, zombies, skeleton, sarcophagi, and a treasure stolen from the hoard of the dragon queen Tiamat at the end of it.
