1. prophecies need meaning

• The Kingdom of Tomes shall triumph when the stars fall from the sky - Galim will win its war if Khad the Vulture Blade is slain
• When the Shield is broken and the Wound is healed, the Tome of Omens shall be destroyed - Cyrus book will be destroyed when a PC is resurrected

2. Drow layer

• build drow npc/monster statblocks (MM warrior guards, mage guards, priestess, HOMEBREW; Bards, sages, artists, wizards (necromancy), assassins
• blue dragon name (master of these drow, maybe they work with his/her wyrmlings)

3. Blue dragon (dracolich?) regional effects (dragon 6 miles down) OR just a young dragon? (wouldn't have wyrmlings)

• thunderstorms (lightning tree)
• dust devils (air elemental, but it can’t fly, has a speed of 50 feet, and has an Intelligence and Charisma of 1 (−5))
• Hidden sinkholes form in and around the dragon’s lair. A sinkhole can be spotted from a safe distance with a successful DC 20 Wisdom (Perception) check. Otherwise, the first creature to step on the thin crust covering the sinkhole must succeed on a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or fall 1d6 × 10 feet into the sinkhole.
