Lethlec Atomic Pylons

"I'm not going off on some spiel. It works. Malus' atomic breath is leaving our home. Our people can rest easy, now,"
- Doctor Lethlec, survivor of Malus' Atomic Breath
After the devastation of the Port Town of the Coalition , thanks to the grand power of the mighty Malus, known as the Charred Colossus, the remnants of the Coalition had seen the forefront of the atomic breath of the Greatwyrm. The buildings had corroded, and the streets were filled with decay. The worst of it all, however, was that the Atomic Residue had began spreading out further. It tore through the ground in the same vein as a parasite. If left on it's own accord, then the whole island would become a wasteland, devoid of all life. One of the survivors of the attack, Doctor Lethlec, had come up with a solution to the pressing issue of decay. As the source of this plague was a dragon, it would only make sense that the solution to the atomic waste was to use Dragonsbane, the powerful resource that could be sourced from a dead dragon's heart. With the battle having mass draconic casualties, the resource was in high abundance, for the first time in centuries. Dragonsbane was harvested by the Doctor, and some volunteers, and within days, the Lethlec Atomic Pylons were made.
Using a Dragonsbane stasis, the growing wasteland had began to shrink. The chaos of the plague had come to an end, due to the pylons. It did cause an extra issue to occur, Sistrola Thasnavi, the Ancient Brass Dragon, was unable to enter the Port Town as it recovered from the Atomic Breath. It meant that the many methods formulated to help redevelop the port town had went to waste. An oversight, but in the grand scheme of things, her absence was not critical to the development of the New Port Town.
