"I'd tell you everything that I did, but I wouldn't want to bore you - plus, Psyche will be rising soon. I'd hate to see so many people starve whilst a great deity gets given a glorious tribute - and so I cultivated the lands, and managed to use Psyche's will to feed a village that hasn't seen a good harvest this year. I hope it'll last them until springtime! Maybe I should visit them soon, after the celebration. They were all so happy to see rich foods upon the town hall. I'd savour the moment for as long as I can, and hope to remember it for years to come,"
- Euthalia Grace, former Princess of Graceswift, current
Scion of the Psyche , to
Valorous Arna, Scion of the Psyche , moments before
The Psyche Phenomenon begins.
Psyche's Phenomenon is a yearly tradition marked by the Patron Goddess of Graceswift, when rises from the broken grounds of Celibrig, sways across the landscape until coming to the Grotto at which she recruits people to become
Scions of the Psyche, and at this point, she rises into the air before bursting with iridescent light, which marks the new year coming into Graceswift. Many different celebrations take place across Graceswift, and beyond, as this phenomena can be seen from many different places in Aitso, sometimes being able to be seen from even the Thevagon Isles. When it comes to the
Scions of the Psyche, they each demonstrate their faith to the Patron Goddess, by demonstrating their meaning of good onto the lands. If one sees good as helping the weak, then they would strive to help as many as they can before she rises. If one pledges to destroy evil, then it is their duty to vanquish a foe somewhere in Graceswift, or in a nearby region.
