Ironfoot
The most southern city of the Phoenix Kingdom, Ironfoot stands as a passage point into the kingdom from the desert and guards the southern border from possible threats or invaders.
Demographics
Ironfoot stands on the southern border as a guarding post, therefor most of its populations its soldiers and captains whom are responsible of protecting the kingdom from the south. Most of its populations are young or middle aged men, either human, dwarf or the occasional elf.
Among the denizens are found many travelers coming from the south or leaving the kingdom.
Government
The city follows the rules of the kingdom, although the government is a little more strict and follows a more militaristic way of ruling than other settlements.
It has a governor has its ruling party, which normally tends to be one of the oldest veterans among the ranks in the city. Along are advisors from different areas to support the management of the city.
Industry & Trade
Ironfoot lives, not only on the support of the crown, but also on the trade produced by foreign merchants and travelers whom both restock in supplies for the travels inside the kingdom's territory and sell their merchandise for the local population.
Infrastructure
Scattered inside the city are forges, workshops and supply stores. To the south, the Temple of the Southern Dawn face north as an homage to the legend of the Light from the South and the Tri-Spire Castle dominates the city's disposition, being a central point in the road network.
