Personal history

Born on the vice side of The Twin Isles, Delane spent his early life surrounded with so many different teachings of The Five. He wanted to get away from that in his youth and spent a few years travelling with a merchant caravan before stopping and staying in Edjudence. 
Here he started a family and made connections with the black market. These connections eventually lead to joining the Edjudence Thieve's Guild and bouncing between working with The Mice and The Rats, all the while running a small bar, The Jolly Knife, that he'd often let the guild use to organise themselves.
His exemplar organisational skills and his reputation as being the go-to for fencing goods lead to him being elected Pest Queen which let him centralise guild operations to the back rooms of the bar. He still keeps up his contact with Aican Igavi, a key black market merchant who liaises with the guild and arranges the offloading of goods.
Recently he has been hit hard with the murder of his oldest daughter, Kormilla Dipvihrheld.
He hires Kirin Agilestriker, a merciful minotaur, to keep problems at the bar to her minimum. Usually her presence alone is enough to ward off trouble. They are good friends at this point.
