Structure

The Herbalist's Guild has always followed the tradition of the most experienced member ebing in charge since they have the most experience with all the needed traits. This leader maintains their role until they decide to step down or are no longer able to run the guild.

Culture

Recently the guild has had to expel their more magically inclined members. That being Sven Maro and a few others but they haven't stopped them from coming to meetings or using the guildhall, as long as there is no alchemy going on there.
