You have a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.
Efficient blood transfer. allows the weapon to have more potent crimson rites, when using a crimson rite with this sword the rite damage is increased by the heamocraft modifier (min +1)
Hunting blade. this is the weapon of a blood hunter therefore it is more effective on its intended prey as such, feys, fiends, undead, monstrosities and dragons. When hitting any of these enemy types the weapon deals an extra 1d8 force damage. When hit for the first time a creature of the aforementioned type must succeed on a wisdom saving throw (DC15) or become frightened, it can repeat the save at the end of each of its turns to end this effect, once this saving throw has been succeeded the creature is immune to this effect for 24 hours
