This oil, when applied to magical items, acts as Arcanist's Magic Aura's False Aura in that it appears non-magical to spells and magical effects, such as detect magic, that detect magical auras. The oil can also be used on areas that would hold traces or signs of magic such as a creature or object under an illusion spell in the same manner. This effect lasts for 24 hours until the oil has to be re-applied or loose its effect.

Manufacturing process

With recipe, requires a DC 16 arcana check to make correctly. Any arrangement of the three ingredients creates a weaker version that is less reliable (-10% success rate for each degree of difference to the recipe) but gives the creator an indication that a recipe can be discovered with different quantities of ingredients.
