Personal history
Silvius used to be part of a different Sight cult that went on a mission into the The Eternal Library to retrieve an arifact. The entirety of the cult, except for him were whiped out.
Upon his return he was called to join the Oracles of the First Mage. He spent years as just another acolyte before he was called ot be an Oracle himself.
He is really devout and zealous to Sight after his experiences and witnessing the god first hand. This has put him in charge of indoctrinating some of the more reluctant members and Brolla Coldkin in particular.
In his time in the city he's become allies with Taoryn Tusklash. A man he considers a practical friend to keep around. They don't see each other as much now but still trust that they'd help each other out in a pinch.
