Tentaught Thieve's Guild

Structure

The guild has one defacto leader and their lieutenants who are put in charge of specific matters. People can hold specific roles in the more organised crime side of the guild or just be licensed by them to practise certain crimes within their specific purview in exchange for a cut of the takings. These freelancers would also be referred to potential clients who might come to the guild looking for something in particular if an organised group can't be put together or someone might be more suited to it.

Culture

The Tentaught Thieve's Guild is particularly organised and concerned with all crime within the city and its immediate surrounding area. They police the crime better than the guard themselves. No one but their own is allowed to operate within the city or else they will bring the wrath of the entire guild down upon themselves. It has been this way for a long time and has lead to reduced crime rates in the city overall.

Assets

The guild has many businesses in their pocket. Some voluntarily who they will recommend to their guildmembers, others more forcefully through racketeering.
