Personal history
Him and his sister, Dhaiso Rellyn, grew up in a small village in the feywild for their early years before they dallied around the courts. They did well for themselves there until they stumbled into a deal with a fiend who sent them to the mortal plane to prove that they could get by without their courts and protection and that they were indeed above their fellow courtiers.
Tarragon did do well, worming himself in with the Tentaught Thieve's Guild and eventually taking over when their last leader passed after he got into her favour and her bed. He honours Sen, the Silent's claim to the title and seeks to involve her in his rulings. He has outlawed Thryan Rosserk on her advice.
He is more vengeful than his sister and seeks to destroy the fiend but to also destroy his sister's competition and secure her success. He is working to pressure Confidence Le Feu into shutting down her smithy since he knows she will be the longest running competitor.
He has two lieutenants in the guild that he favours; a calculating changeling sorcerer in charge of micromanaging the larger goals of the guild (Box Owens) and a anarchic dragonborn ranger who is his head enforcer (Yialdruan Arzavur).
