The Domains of Dragons are the most geographically fractured of all cultures, mainly consisting of Dragonkin who are the children of Dragons who have staked a claim to a territory. Often the descendants of the conquered people increasingly take on the Dominion culture so every other species has taken to this culture at one time or another, as a necessity of living under the shadow of a Dragon.
The culture of the Dominions is one of subservience to the whims of their Dragon overlord. The Dragon ruler is sometimes benevolent, otherwise malicious but in all cases what is valued in the local culture is whatever is valued by the Dragon ruler.
