The Third Star of Creation

And from the clashing of Everything and Nothing rippled a third wish, the desire to bend and to break, to reshape around oneself, to dispel the void and curve the creation according to the emanations of the soul. The ripple traveled through the fluctuating space until it found its proper place in the alignment. Here it gathered the specks of creation and birthed a realm where strenght and bravery would reign supreme.

The Glimmer of Tempered Steel, referred to as Cayinius by his brothers and sisters, is a Celestial being created at the dawns of reality alongside the other Celestials. Like almost all other Celestials, Cayinius was born from the flesh of the Titan of Matter to represent an aspect of reality, in his case the concept of "shaping the world around you to overcome adversity". His Ego is masculine, often taking the shape of a large warrior with a golden mask covering his face. Across the planes of Aclara, Cayinius takes many forms, as he represents all deities related to craftsmanship, war, conquest, toolmaking and many other fields. These avatars are usually represented by masculine figures holding heavy tools or dressed in armor. As it is the case with his brothers and sisters, Cayinius can be represented in a religion or pantheon by more than one avatar; such is the case on the plane he created, Kahrishi (where the brother gods of protection and conquest are both Cayinius' avatars).

And the land was harsh and deadly, and its resources were hidden and well-kept; it saw this, and it deemed it good. Then, as life slowly emerged under the rule of the First Ripple, the Third Ripple took the simple shapes and molded them together. It listened to the reverberations of the universe, and as it did, it heard the sounds of metal clashing and slashing, nature being chopped into pieces, mountains being leveled into plains. It did not know of the wonderful place that produced such beautiful sounds, but it took that as inspiration nevertheless.

Cayinius is the Creator of the plane of Kahrishi, a world harsh and inhospitable, populated only by the sapient species Shikasha, a reptilian species whose members often wage wars among themselves. They reflect the nature of their Creator, as they thrive in conflicts and when faced with odds stacked against them. It is not bloodthirst that guides them, however; rather, it is a desire to succeed and to carve a better life for the next generations that pushes their nations to conflict. Many individuals, such as Shikasha, the Scaled Traveler, take great pleasure in pursuing their craft or passion; the Kahrishi is a haven for craftsmen that seek to learn from masters and pursue their own mastery.

A protective shell, stronger than any known shields. Sharp scales, so they may cut and slice with ease. A resilient spirit, so that they may thrive against all ods. Thus the Shikasha were born, left to travel and conquer the plane of Kahrishi. The reptilians spread and grew, offering their warcries and clashes as prayers to their Creator.
