How Do I Increase My Profession Level?

So in addition to class, our characters each have professions as well, that level up using their own unique type of EXP. I want to increase my character's chosen Profession, but I'm not sure how to do it? Can you offer some advice?
By roleplaying your character, mostly.
In an Acquisitions Incorporated Game, the players are playing partial owners of an Adventuring Franchise, one branch of the Acquisitions Incorporated Brand. How it works is that Acq. Inc gets a small cut of the adventuring profits in return for lending support to the party and streamlining the adventuring process by making it easier for customers to find the PCs. I will be awarding "Performance Evaluation Points" (essentially Profession EXP) pretty regularly during the game. While at it's core, this is meant to be a way to encourage people to play their character's Profession, there's several bits of criteria I will be looking for in different users if you want to level up your professions quickly. Here's a list of things that will help you get a higher Performance Evaluation:

Accepting and completing side jobs that earn the party (And Acq. Inc) extra gold while completing your primary mission.

Roleplaying out your character's role in game, such as a Cartographer working on navigating the group where they need to go, or a Hoardsperson cataloging loot obtained from a recent treasure discovered or a Decisionist calling for a vote.

Taking actions that liven up the game and make the party laugh.

Taking actions that surprise, intrigue, or horrify other players

Sabotaging or otherwise inconveniencing competing adventuring groups or rival corporations, such as Dran Enterprises.

Choices or Decisions that build Acquisitions Incorporated a good reputation with potential customers.

Anything that the rest of the party identifies as fucking rad.
