The Whisper of Sanguinus

Whenever the Watchers from the Order are stopped by some other authority in their travels, they can show a multitude of items to prove their power. From producing the Skull of Sanguinus to producing documents the old fashioned way, a watcher has many things he can use to show off his power. However, none of them are as bone chilling as the whisper of Sanguinus
The whisper of Sanguinus is simply put, a command from Sanguinus himself. Whenever the Watchers command their Skull of Sanguinus to talk on behalf of them, they hold it close to the ears of the person they want to talk to and they utter a single phrase
"Shrea Vantakish Vor Vethaleth"
No one knows why this single phrase freezes the blood and bones of people but they just lose all sense of bravery once they hear it. For those with a good will and those who serve the forces of good, it abides away quickly. For those who work for the breaker or support him in any other way.... it is fair to say that the more weak willed of them die out of fear shortly, whilst others cannot sleep for at least a thousand moons. Even their bravest champions cannot sleep till a far more powerful servant of the dark god has assured them that everything will be fine
The phrase is kept absolutely secret and is very rarely used. It is meant to be so, for the very nature of the watchers work requires them to be as secretive as they can. For those who know about the phrase, they keep their mouths shut, for the power of this small phrase is such that even those on the side of good cannot help but feel a bit afraid when they first hear it. They tell tales of how the voice spoke to their very innermost self, and how it gave them chills that whilst abating quickly would remain as a phantom for a long time
