Wolven

Wolf race from the planet of Adastra. Uplifted 10,000 years ago by the Parents, the Wolven are a large anthropomorphic canine species with a culture that influenced the ancient city of Rome on Earth. In universe, the Wolven sought to uplift humans in the city of Rome but for an unknown reason they discontinued the uplift.
The Wolven are knowledgeable in astronomy, nuclear fission and biology but they are known to be behind other Sibling species. The Wolven were chosen by the Parent Romanus to be uplifted into the Galaxias. Being a Sibling species the Wolven have been tasked with uplifting pre-sapient Child species and bringing them into the Galaxias, however they tend to no uplift their Children to similar intelligence levels and demand they repay the debt of uplift in servitude. More recently, the Wolven have been on the decline compared to the other Sibling species, especially after the death of the previous Wolven emperor from mysterious circumstances.
