Grand Paladin Altius Iccalus Tauri

Altius was the first Grand Paladin of the Hammer of Uldir Brotherhood. He ruled for almost twenty years and was a huge inspiration for The Emperor's way of rulership.

Personal history

Altius was born into a poor family near Folksreach. He lived his early years working the fields and helping his father. On his twentieth birthday The Shrouded Knight came and gave Altius the offer to join a loose band of paladins that would later become the Hammer of Uldir Brotherhood.
Altius took the chance and became a paladin at the Murton Stronghold. There he was trained into a fierce warrior with a heart of gold.
After his training Altius and a handful of other paladins tried to form peace into the realm. They managed to recruit more and more members into their cause and slowly started forming the Hammer of Uldir Brotherhood.
On the 49th birthday of Altius the other members of the cause had a meeting and chose Altius as their leader and named him Grand Paladin and so the Hammer of Uldir Brotherhood was born. They build Uldir's Keep as their stronghold and became more organized.
This brotherhood kept the peace upon the realm for many years until the death of The Emperor.
Now the brotherhood has been disbanded and their castle is in ruins.

Education

Altius went to Murton Stronghold to be trained as a paladin. He graduated with excellent results and was recruited by a mysterious paladin almost immediately.

Employment

He was a part of the Hammer of Uldir Brotherhood even before it was officially formed. There he served for the rest of his life.

Accomplishments & Achievements

Altius was one of the original founders of the Hammer of Uldir Brotherhood and became the first ever Grand Paladin.

Morality & Philosophy

Altius did whatever was best for the realm. Keeping order and peace in the realm was his priority, no matter the cost. 
This way of thinking inspired The Emperor greatly.

Altius worshipped the god of creation; Uldir. He devoted his life to fulfilling the wishes of his god and to protect what Uldir had created.
