Laius Ases Arimanus was the Emperor of the realm. He ruled the lands from his castle in Hellsholm.
His death in 1336 shook the entire known world.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Laius was abnormally large. He stood over 7 feet tall and he was made of great muscles. The ground trembled when he walk by.

Apparel & Accessories
Laius most often wore his black plate armor. This magnificent piece of combat attire was crafter by Reiflig Stormhorn in a smithy inside Skysplit Summit.
He wielded the Greatsword of Uldir or a gigantic warhammer to slay his enemies. His weapons also had the same maker as his armor.
When in court he wore red and gold attire.

Personal history
Laius was born in the year 1045 to his mother Natia Epos. The identity of his father is unknown, but there are speculations that he was one of the elite in Hellsholm.
As soon as Laius was born a peaceful presence could be felt all across the realm. This strange feeling kept getting stronger as Laius grew. Not much is known about his early years, since he lived a very sheltered life inside Hellsholm.
In his teenage years he was trained into a strong paladin at the Murton Stronghold. Laius excelled in all the classes and subjects. He graduated with flying colors and was immediately taken into the ranks of the Hammer of Uldir Brotherhood. There he served for multiple years doing whatever had to be done to keep the realm at peace.
All paladins have magical abilities, but his thwarted what the others could do. He smote magical creatures with holy power, healed the sick and brought back the dead.
The people loved him and he quickly rose to power. He was made into the Grand Paladin of the Hammer of Uldir Brotherhood and quickly after that into the Emperor of the realm.
On this throne he sat for over 250 years and ruled the realm. He may have had an iron fist, but no injustice went unpunished and no one innocent had to suffer.
Two years ago Laius passed in mysterious circumstances and the realm will never be the same again.
Education
Laius was well educated from an early age.
In his teenager years he went to Murton Stronghold to be trained as a paladin.
Employment
After his paladin training Laius was quickly taken into the ranks of the Hammer of Uldir Brotherhood. There he served for many years until becoming the Grand Paladin.
Accomplishments & Achievements
Laius accomplished more things than any man before him.
His greatest achievement was keeping the realm at peace for over 250 years. Not a single war was waged, monsters went into hiding and diseases vanished.
