Current crowned price of the Reichronn in Anslaugh Keep.
Suspiciously was brought to Anslaugh Keep as the true heir to the Reichronn after the sudden (and highly debated) exit of the Regent, Berthold II. Caeryn brought him to court with claims he is descendent from the King before the Regent took control.
Balthasar has not followed the previous Regent's habit of favoring the city Guilds over Nobles, causing some contention. He is not wholly beloved in the city, and is a somewhat impressionable young man, though he reacts strongly to being "insulted."
