Godstear Mine

Seated in Lusche's Grasp west of Avenwode and northeast of Osterheide.
Formerly an abandoned mine overrun by Scarlet Talon Cultists & Ogreborne. The OsterRats worked through clearing several levels of the mine to rescue the miners trapped inside. The miners were given shelter and food by Versace, aiding in their recovery from frightening conditions imposed on them as they worked for the cultists.
After a delivery of supplies from the Copper Carters Consortium, the mine's infrastructure is being repaired and the mine itself to see a second life under the flag of the OsterRats instead of fanatic cultists. 
Just outside the mine, construction has begun on Tyffany's Tower.
