Ferrin Kastilar

Ferrin is a Halfling Druid and has lived his entire life near the Sea Grove of Obad-Hai. He has spent some time with the Elves of the Eastwood, but mostly takes it upon himself to keep those in the Sea Grove safe and healthy, and Saltmarsh itself safe from any aberrations or monsters that depart the Mere of Dead Men heading for Saltmarsh. Ferrin is often seen patrolling the edges of the Drowned Forest alongside a large white boar known as the Monraboda or Spirit of the Forest.
He stays in contact with a group of elves in the Eastwood via animal messengers, and occasionally hires adventurers to remove the threat of such aberrations and monsters.
When Hezrou demons from the Mere of Dead Men invaded the Sea Grove of Obad-Hai Ferrin was captured and tied to a tree to be slowly fed on by a black pudding. The Monraboda tried to fend them off but was driven away.
The Moonlight Marauders freed Ferrin and escorted him home before going on to defeat the Hezrou Demons with the help of the Monraboda.
