Kraddok Stonehorn

Kraddok is the local jailer in Saltmarsh. Kraddok is an old comrade of Eliander. He is a stickler for the rules, and Eliander trusts him with his life. He can often be found carousing at The Wicker Goat since he has a huge crush on Effie Fletcher, this fact is obvious to everyone but Effie herself.
