With that, the music started back up, along with the dancing and noise. Vernus Lead the boy away from the cour royale, speaking softly, “Don’t worry petit, I’ll be your parrain now.” Meanwhile, the yellow hate-filled eyes of Amedee glared after them.

Billy Ray is an athletic, handsome sea elf with light blue skin and a long black mullet. He's the charming and friendly navigator aboard The Twilight Shepherd. He was raised in the swamp by boggarts and has a strong Boggart accent. He loves Boggart food and often talks about it with the ship's cook, Laknas Halesath. He's best friends with Winnie Diggle and is also close with Adriana Brightshield the helmswoman of the Shepherd. Billy Ray wears an Ivory handled pistol in a mostly empty bandolier, but never uses it. He generally prefers to fight with a pair of long daggers or a rapier.
