Mage's Guild Hall
A sturdy three-story tower, the Mages' Guildhall is the headquarters and meeting place of the Mages' Guild of Bral. All arcane spellcasters in the city are entitled to join the loose federation, either as short-term guests or permanent, dues-paying members. The benefits of membership include access to hard-to-find spell components, the use of the guild's research facilities, and the prospect of professional discourse with others of similar mind
Purpose / Function
The Mages' Guildhall is the headquarters and meeting place of the Mages' Guild of Bral. Apprentices come here to learn magic from the masters. And guild members come to share knowledge and secrets of the arcane arts.
Architecture
The sturdy tower is of old Elven design, and belived to be an ancient tower that was built when the Rock of Bral was a station for the Elven Imperial Navy. The top tower holds the guild meeting hall, with observation balconies, as well as a teleportation circle, used by many of the Arcane Masters to travel back-and-forth to Bral. The Grandmasters office is located adjoining the meeting hall
The middle story of the tower, is guest rooms, guild offices, and as well a meeting rooms.
Ground floor has guest lobby, a dinning hall and kitchen.
Basement goes for several floors and contains the arcane library, archive of artifacts, a labrotaory for potion brewing, and rumors of an arcane holding cell for the most dangerous of magic users to be contained.

Defenses
The 3 sturdy story tower is protected by conventional security, and armed guards, in addition to arcane defenses to protect the extensive library and a provide safe santuary for guild members.
Tourism
Arcane casters from across wildspace, come to the Mage's Guildhall to find answers in the extensive research library. Others, come to find like-minded individuals to converse with, share knowledge, or even join in the lecture series. Additionally, some travelers come to find answers to arcane artifacts, often for a small 'donation' to the guild.
