the Beltway

The Beltway is a rebel group led by Gardon Tarback , who is known as the beggar prince. He has a shield that is white with a blue stripe that has gold stars on it. He says they rule 3 stars, and they kill kings. They also hate the foundation.
Once they were profitable miners, but have been reduced to mostly illicit trade and smuggling. Consists of diverse races but mainly rangers, druids and warlocks.
