The foundation is a group of union workers with authoritarian leanings, and have a hatred for the Beltway .
The are largely motivated by profit margins and will work with less savory factions to get their end goals accomplished if need be.
Their base is Khundrakar in the material plane.

Currently, they operate in the shadows, but are known to disrupt trade and engage in economic warfare, with profits as a prime motivator. As well as distant dreams or restoring their former empire.

History

The Foundation user to rule 3 planets know as the beltway that were large trade hubs in the foundations empire, which tied the power together. This included dozens of planets from areas of Realm Space at the height of their power which were under their control. However, 20 years ago Gardon Tarback overthrew their control and took back the 3 planets of the beltway, and shattered the foundations empire and left those loyal to the foundation sprawled across Realm space and the astral seas. These 3 planets became 'Death Worlds' as nature took over and became such a harsh environment that people don't last there long, leaving all the rich resources of those world to be unused.
