Arkik is know mostly for its famously large tower that can be seen for miles. Being right near the Silver Bay area, Arkik is the first stop people make before heading to the Kesser Island Wine Country. It also provides a short cut to many nearby settlements with its connection to Silver Bay through the Lanamair River.Demographics

History
During the Traxius Alliance, Arkik was the ruling capital. When King Marxus Tevarial Uall departed from the Alliance, Arkik and the surrounding areas were the sites of the most brutal years of the war. During the first year of the war, King Marxus was held at bay on the south side of Arkik. Unable to overcome the Tismeda Moat and Arkik's natural and man-made defenses, King Uall relayed on Zilyana Karootah and her elven warriors to sneak in from the north and sabotage the southern gate, allowing the Kesserfell forces to enter. Not wanting to destroy the beautiful Stronghold of Arkik, King Marxus placed a blockade to the inner walls for 11 months. Finally, in the 8th of Elsin, 15 ToA, King Marxus took control of the Great Stronghold of Arkik. Arkik was a major strategic advantage for King Marxus and allowed his forces to move on the four settlements that surround the Silver Bay/East Bay Region.
