Application: This is meant to be applied to a melee weapon or ammunition.

Duration: 1 dose is meant to last for 5 strikes with a melee weapon or enough ammunition for five shots. Once afflicted, a target suffers the effects for six rounds.

Basic Effects: 1d4 Fire damage/round effected, Confused (1) Condition

Rank II Effects: 2d4 Fire damage/round effected, Confused (2) Condition

Rank III Effects: 3d4 Fire damage/round effected, Confused (3) Condition.
