Cloud-sailor Mutagen

Bio-engineering is the science of altering the physical and psychological state of mere humanoids, in a temporary fashion and a way that will not kill them, to help them become capable of truly wild, impossible, wonderous and dangerous things. None can say for certain which sort of mutagenic compounds were first tried, for legends of our civilizations pasts, and even of those from before the Sundering, speak of either magick or strange infused supernatural consumables that would allow one to do things we can only describe as bio-engineered tasks now. However it is perhaps a sound theory, given every sapient species fascination with the simple concept, that something akin to the Cloud-sailer Mutagen was one of the first. Flight and the idea of ever accomplishing without needing a powerful magister, has been a much discussed fantasy among regular folks for time everlasting.
