Life-Feeder Mutagen

A rather dark and generally considered foul practice, though not directly heretical or illegal, it is considered a uniquely distasteful and horrifying practice.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

CN: 18, Tier II; 23, Tier III; 28

Toxicity: Ingesting this concoction will deal 1d10 necrotic damage, or half that if the drinker can manage to succeed a Toughness Defense Test. If you are foolish enough to be trying to use more than one Mutagenic Compound at once, this damage increases by 3d10 for each mutagenic compound you've injested previously that is still acting upon you, and you would be afflicted with Toxic (3) Condition.

Duration: 4 hours

Basic Effects: You sprout fangs not unlike a vampiric creature, though you do not gain the undead attributes. However you do gain a blood drain attack that doubles as a grapple. If you hit, you deal 1d6 necrotic damage as you start draining the target's blood, and you heal for that amount. You have 20 feet of Darkvision. You also gain +10 feet movement speed, and +1 rank of training in Subterfuge Skill.

Rank II Effects: Your blood drain now deals 1d12. You also gain +2 Power Attribute. You gain Resistance to Necrotic Damage. You now have 40 feet Darkvision

Rank III Effects: Your blood drain now deals 3d6. You also gain +2 Agility Attribute, You are now Immune to Necrotic Damage. You now have 60 feet of Darkvision.
