Basic Effects: Inflicts 1d6+2 Psychic Damage upon initial exposure. Applies Fearful (1) Condition. Deals triple damage if target is asleep or suffering Confused Condition.
Rank II Effects: Inflicts 1d6+4 Psychic Damage upon initial exposure, applies Fearful (2) Condition. Deals triple damage if target is asleep or suffering Confused Condition.
Rank III Effects: Inflicts 1d6+6 Psychic Damage upon initial exposure, applies Fearful (3) Condition.
