Faeries

On the outskirts of The Cyrengreen Forest, the party encountered a playful group of faeries. Peculiarly, they appeared before the party even reached the forest. Jandaelyn, who knew the forest better than any, realized it was very strange for them to be out on the plains.   
The leader introduced herself as "Daffodil." As the faeries laughed and swooped among the group, the party was able to tease out that someone the faeries called "Mother" had sent them away from the forest because it wasn't safe, and that something was wrong with "Father." 
They traded secrets with Philan and learned that "Men have been to the forest before, long long ago. In the shadows of the Sister, they built a temple."
