Geography
Eikan is quite steep, making it ill-suited for growing wheat and linen, but the soil and climate makes it an excellent place for growing olives. The most notable landmark is Mt. Skos at the center of the island, one of the most sacred places on the archipelago and the site of a festival of great antiquity every fourteen years, during which a number of number of goats and cattle are sacrificed and participants dance around a bonfire at the top.
Fauna & Flora
Olive groves and pastures for goats and cattle have replaced much of the local fauna and flora centuries ago, aside from genets, frogs and a few species of birds and insects -including rare red and white butterflies endemic to the isle- found at higher altitudes on Mt. Skos.
Natural Resources
Aside from olives, tin and gold are also found on Eikan.
