Chameleon Scales is a ritual known to the Bracaran kobold tribes, particularly the Brisk River Tribe.
Fate Mechanics
Chameleon Scales. When this ritual is successfully performed, Damira's scales immediately begin to shift in hue, causing her to fade into her surroundings. If you succeed in Creating an Advantage with Evoke, DC 3, create the aspect Blending In, with a free invoke, or add a free invoke if the aspect already exists.
Effect
The targeted dragon's scales change in color to reflect the color of their surroundings, camoflauging them. As with most kobold rituals, the intended target is identified by a certain engraved crest on their scales.

The spell can be powered either by one or more tribes of kobolds, or by the dragon themselves.
