Forgetfulness

You lose the ability to perform complex tasks as your memories are drained away.
For each point of Forgetfulness, you have a -1 to all Int checks and forget one language of your choice. In addition, the maximum spell level that you can memorize or cast is reduced by 1 for each point of Forgetfulness you suffer.
When you forget all languages, any further Forgetfullness becomes Amnesia instead.

Recovery

When you complete a Night's Rest, reduce your Forgetfulness by 1 and regain the language. Some magic can also remove Forgetfulness.
