Actions

1st Level, Signature Attack: Dueling Sword, +8 (1d8 + 3).   2nd Level, That Was Close! (5/day): when an enemy misses an attack against an ally you can see who can hear you, you can use your Reaction to heal them for 1d4HP per your level.   3rd Level, Energizing Song (3/day): you can perform an Energizing Song as an Action. It lasts up to 1 round per level you have (you must use your Bonus Action each round to continue it). While the song continues, all lightning damage within 30ft of you deals additional damage equal to your level.   4th Level, Riveting Performance: you can draw the attention of all nearby creatures with your (socially relevant) performances. While you perform in this way, creatures within 30ft of you who can see and hear you have Disadvantage on Wisdom Checks and Saves unless they pertain to you. This does not work on creatures who cannot be charmed, or who would not be impressed by your performance (e.g. eating fire would not distract a fire elemental).   5th Level, What An Amazing Strike! (1/day): when an ally within 30ft of you hits with an attack, you can use your Reaction to make the attack a Crit.   6th Level, The Stories Say (3/day): when your master makes a knowledge check, you can spend 1 minute sharing your knowledge with them to add your level to their roll.   7th Level, Quick Wit (3/day): when you use your Bonus Action to continue your Energizing Song, you can give one of the following effects to a creature within its radius.
  • Quick Feet: an ally can immediately move up to 5ft per level you have without provoking Opportunity Attacks.
  • Taze: an enemy must succeed a Dex Save or take 1d4 per your level Lightning damage and be Staggered until the end of their next turn.
  • Lightning Reaction: an ally regains their spent Reaction.
  • Lightning Rod: the next lighting effect within the area targets the chosen creature instead of its intended target.
10th Level, Rejuvenating Song (1/week): you can spend 10 minutes singing to a creature who can see and hear you to grant them the benefits of a Long Rest. Benefits that require the target to perform an action (such as a wizard preparing their daily spells) are not affected. (So the wizard would regain his spell slots, but not be able to prepare any new spells).
