Shrine District

This district is notable for its myriad of shrines to deities both common and uncommon. Chief of all of the district's shrines is the Shrine of the Great Dragon, which stands on the far end of the long, straight street known as Pilgrim's Way. This elaborate temple is decorated with precious metals and gems that have stood the test of time.

Benefits

As long as there is a Bishop to manage the day-to-day of this shrine, it is fully equipped to act as a temple to Ava'tr, the All-Color Dragon.

Mentors

The inner chambers are shared among each draconic bloodline, and each one has its own mentor/caretaker in each tier of the temple. With each tier, the caretakers get more old and wise. The tiers each also have their own library, an accumulation of knowledge by former faithful of that bloodline, and a door to the individualized vaults.

Future Improvements

This temple contains an inner chamber that is blocked by an enormous, incredibly ornate door. The inscriptions on the door are in Draconic, and have been translated to mean: Benevolence in Strength, Justice in Power, Power in Wealth, Strength in Wisdom. Pilgrims who would enter here, lay your power at the gate and through your power find your place. Offerings of sufficient worth might allow us deeper in.
