They say that within the world lies a Phoenix, a heart of pure flame and once it is awoken, the world will be wreathed in flame. A flame that will consume the earth and spread the ashes across a new world of those hardy enough to survive. And that is who the Lord of Fire is. Phoenix and Heat incarnate, a figure with a burning hatred of the world, the people in it and wants to fix the flawed world that resides here by burning it to cinders and ash.
Creating an order of obedient madness driven soldiers known as The Crimson Phoenix (now the Theocracy of Phoenicia), they got pretty damn close. They got close to burning the world, with the Fall of Vhana and waging war on the Veilnum Archipelago. However, the Lord of Fire became insecure, with the news of a magical entity known as the Amber which had the potential to destroy all of their work. With this advent from theirs now deceased Cinderknight, the Lord of Fire has now shifted their gaze to melting the amber to nothingness. The Crimson Phoenix radically changed it's structure, opened its borders and stopped it's horrific experiments on it's soldiers of Aedir.
The Lord of Fire always had an eye on becoming a God. They love to see their mother again in the halls of Mount Celeste. They used this opportunity to complete the Trials of Ascension and did it themselves. This is an incredible feat on their own, as it's meant to be completed with a group of people, but they did it on their own. The conversation with their mother was weird, who immediately disowned their offspring.

Before the Lord of Fire became a God, his main goal was to consume the world in flames. Salt the fields, evaporate the oceans so that the world can be renewed from the ashes a better place. However, after ascending to Godhood, he still wishes to consume the world in flames, but that's if the amber doesn't do it first. Fearing that the Amber is too strong of a force, he wishes to deal with it first and then continue his plans. He also wishes to usurp the position that his mother, Adalla has. He wishes to become the New reincarnated Sun of the World. Although this would never happen, as it would doom the planet to Hellfire and Scorched Aedir, it's a dream of his since his inception.
