Captain Shila Pipps

Shila Pipps is the Co-Capain of the Empress Cestina, alongside her brother Levain Pipps. She is usually the brains behind their operations, while her brother's heroism and fearlessness inspire the crew. She has been shown to have a compassionate side, mourning the deaths of her crew after the Seaworthy Skirmish.
