Cato Dredoth

(a.k.a. Masked Figure, Doctor Death)

Cato Dredoth is the leader of the second Mortalitasi cult and one of the main antagonists of the "Mortalitasi Conspiracy" campaign. He initially masqueraded as an apprentice to Doctor Van Mulen, but was eventually revealed to seemingly be the mastermind behind the organization's plots.
