Flutterscope

A Flutterscope is a magical item that resembles a monocle with a wing attached. There are two pieces to a Flutterscope, the monocle with the wing and an opaque eyepiece that the user puts up to their eye to see through.

Flutterscope - You have a monocle that is magically linked to a winged lens that can fly up to 60 feet away from you at your command. Looking through the monocle shows you what appears on the other side of the lens. As a bonus action you can activate the Flutterscope and move it 20 feet in a single round to its maximum distance.
