Morchar is a tiefling Alchemist that resides in Kalvasto. He runs a small potions shop in the 'shadier' side of Kalvasto, which considering the city itself, is saying something. He often sells potions that are dubious at best and malicious at worst. He also buys potions that other people bring it. He does sell these potions for a cheap price that is hard to beat, though the quality of these potions reflects that.
