Kalvasto Session 8 - "Trouble at the Docks" - also entitled "Morchar's Marvelous Mastercard"

General Summary

In the late evening of the 7th of Winterwane, 1179...
Nyx and Nala left Wilmer's house to collect their payment at the Lush Lyre Pub from Dimre. While skirting the edge of the Commons, Nala and Nix ran into the two Goliath mercenaries that Nala had forced to abandon the caravan. They were accompanied by a hooded figure and Nala and Nyx ran for it. Nyx and Nala attempted to make their escape from their pursuers by running along the rooftops. Nala's keen eyes spottted a way up onto the rooftops that would allow her and nyx to escape but the goliath's would be too heavy. the hooded figure tried to split off and cut Nyx and nala off but the two of them spotted the figure and changed course in time. They eventually lost their pursuers in the quickly growing dark and decided to observe them from a distance. THe figures appeared to point at the lush lyre but the hooded figure shook their head and gestured towards the docks which is where the two figures went afterwards. Nyx and nala deliberated for a bit, but they eventually decided it would be too risky to follow them across the bridge and decided to go ahead and collect their payment. The two of them entered the lush lyre pub and met with Dimre. The group shared some banter and Dimre inquired about nala's eye but was rebuffed. He said that the two fo them intrigued him but it was furstrating being stonewalled. Old Bel eventually came over and gave the group their dinner

Dimre said that as far as he could remember he grew up in Kalvasto
The valenlobes probably wouldnt help them and see this as some sort of test fir him
As the group began to make their way towards the Compass Points Library, Morchar called out to them to visit soon and that Nyx was his favorite customer.
