Horolog
Horolog, the Clockwork God has existed as a lesser power for centuries, possibly millennia, as the patron deity of mages trying to create new sapient life through artificial means and architects using both magical and mundane means to create marvels of engineering with the tools available to them. In recent times Horolog is associated almost exclusively with the warforged, having risen from a minor and relatively unknown cult to the patron deity of an entire species of constructs.
The cult is largely decentralized, placing more value in personal achievment and progress than it does in acts of faith of worship. As such, most clerics of Horolog are craftsmen, inventors or even mages, giving praise to their deity through ritual creation and advancing in rank by being a better/more accomplished craftsman. In warforged society Horolog is the chief deity worshipped by nearly all warforged ever made, with other gods given secondary lip service. And in this role as the god of warforged his worshippers also emphasize the aspect of freedom, actively seeking out constructs, elementals or other entities bound to the will of tyrannical mages and freeing them from their bondage.
Outside warforged society, Horolog is still worshipped by a small cult of inventors, artificers, mages and architects. There is practically no organization at all to non-warforged worship, each individual craftsman or cleric giving service to the clockwork god in their own way, some in the hopes of getting a blessing of divine inspiration, some just for the joy of creating something new.
