The Empty Embrace
As he walked through the woods, his mind was a storm
A tempest of grief, a heart that was torn
The loss of his love, the pain of her death
Lord Byeyfi's soul was in turmoil and unrest
He remembered the moments they had shared
The love that they had, the joy that they'd dared
To live every day, to cherish each other
To hold close forever, as sister and brother
But now she was gone, her body laid to rest
And Lord Byeyfi was left with nothing but his distress
He vowed to honor her memory, to live with purpose and light
To never forget her, to keep her in sight
As he reached his home, he looked to the sky
And whispered a prayer, a mournful goodbye
To his beloved Fabifa, his heart and his soul
Whose spirit would forever, with him, be whole.
