The Kingdom of Ngobte

The Kingdom of Ngobte is a monarchy led by a King who is the Head of State. The King's council is composed of the heads of the most prominent aristocratic families, who advise the King and decide whether to implement the edicts issued by the King. The King has the authority to declare war and negotiate peace agreements, but can only use their own resources to do so. If they need additional resources, they must issue an edict and seek the agreement of the Monarchs Council. The Kingdom of Ngobte comprises several territories, including the City of Ngobte Greater which serves as the capital, all lands south of the Yuf Nesim Mountains, Fime Kuksunzen Village, and Zunzes Zuflal Forest, Fensaf Forest, the lake of Sngunti Mifa, the Fortress of Sngunti En, the floating mountains of Glepla Dizi, the towns of Grotsodu Landing and Tazim Ifles, the plantations of Wuva Mupa, the town of Ngobte Minor, Ngobte Pleateau, and the Pass of Hagle Gove.   The House of Spindu is the ruling organization of the Kingdom of Ngobte, and the legislative body is the Monarchs Council. The executive body is the King, who has the power to issue edicts and make decisions regarding the governance of the Kingdom.   The Kingdom of Ngobte was founded in the year 44000 and is considered a geopolitical kingdom. It is located in Ngobte Greater and has ties to the Dwarve species, specifically the Hill Dwarves. The Kingdom has also been involved in several historical events, including the First War of Elven Aggression in the year 50500.

Structure

The Kingdom of Ngobte is led by the Monarch (as a Head of State), and the members of the heads of the most prominent aristocratic families making up the Monarchs Council.   The Monarch has authority to issue edicts while the Monarchs Council decides whether those edicts should be implemented.   The Monarch is free to declare wars and negotiate peace agreements, but can only do so with their own resources. If they require additional resources, an edict must be issued followed by the agreement of the Monarchs Council.
